Focus Group Discussions are held at community level through the Feedback Mechanism approach to get a feedback from the community about the services being provided by the project and suggest recommendations for improvement. The organization makes use of Post Distribution Monitoring Surveys, Key Informant Interviews, market analyses, and gender analyses to inform and iteratively change program design. Periodical visit by the technical and management coordination staff, to provide support to the field operations and program delivery.
ACAD submit monthly and quarterly narrative reports to donors in accordance with the activity plan, in addition to an end of project report after the end of the implementation period. The organization also provide the CBPP report and summary, monthly invoices, and support post-distribution monitoring by WFP. The organization ensured weekly collection and recording of sex and age disaggregated program data at site-level. At the cluster level, regular updates are shared with all the cluster in the region (FSL Cluster, Education Cluster, Protection Cluster). ACAD, as an organization Support and actively participates in data collection activities for the semi-annual food security and nutrition monitoring system (FSNMS) conducted jointly by FAO, WFP, UNICEF, MOH and other key partners.
ACAD field staff document the progress, impact of the project, best practices and human-interest stories and share with relevant stakeholders. It uses the learnings from this project to inform future programming.
