Rivers & Bridges
Abyei area has three main rivers, one is Kiir River which is South of Abyei town and divided Abyei area in to South of Kiir and North of Kiir, Nyamoura comes North West to South west and Ngol from west to east North of Abyei Town, during rainy season is very hard to connect people due to these rivers ,therefore ACAD appeal to Common humanitarian fund (CHF) to support ACAD financially such that, CAD can be able to provide rivers boards to the target villages along the rivers, so 8 metal boards are constructed and operating now in eight crossing point along the river Kiir to connect people and school pupils to their schools.
